Weekly silent meditation with a short reading and quiet music; all faiths welcome. Meets upstairs in the Priory Quiet Room (stairlift available) — quiet music from 09:15, a short reading from Laurence Freeman (World Community for Christian Meditation), then silent prayer, finishing 10:00; many then stay for the Saturday Coffee Shop. Occasionally meets in St Mary’s church or elsewhere. Regular: Saturdays 09:15–10:00 (Date/details to be confirmed — check before travelling.)
