Reviews you can trust

Reviews answer fixed questions — turned up when agreed, price matched the quote — instead of a star and a rant. Unverified reviews are labelled and don’t count. You can ask a customer for a review and it counts as verified. You can reply once, publicly. Nobody, including you, can delete one; disputed reviews are hidden while we look. This is how the law (the DMCC Act) says it should work, and it’s better for good businesses.
