Retrospective application for minor access improvements comprising the relocation of an existing gateway further within the site and installation of a permeable hardcore surface. The gateway was set back to enhance visibility splays and allow vehicles to enter and exit the site safely without obstructing the public highway. The hardcore apron provides a durable, permeable surface to improve all-weather access and reduce debris and mud tracking onto the road. The use of the land remains unchanged.
